Dan began practicing in Albert Lea in 2003. He is a graduate of Saint John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota and the University of South Dakota School of Law. Early in his law career, Dan gained substantial courtroom experience practicing criminal law, but since moving to Southern Minnesota in 2003, he has dedicated his practice to Real Estate, Probate and Estate Planning.
Dan grew up in rural Ipswich, South Dakota which cultivated his appreciation for the families of Southern Minnesota. He believes in getting to know his clients on a personal level to understand their needs. In addition to helping clients, Dan has served (and continues to serve) on several non-profit community boards, while coaching youth sports and finding time to fish.
