Ashley Olson
Ashley has worked in the legal field in various capacities since 2016 and is a native of southern Minnesota.
She is a graduate of Winona State University and the University of North Dakota School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Ashley worked as a paralegal at Peterson, Kolker, Haedt & Benda. During her legal education, Ashley worked as a law clerk at a law firm and participated in various student organizations.
Prior to returning to Albert Lea, Ashley worked as an attorney at a law firm located on the border of Minnesota and North Dakota. Her practice area included adoption, custody/parenting time, child support, divorce, juvenile guardianship, paternity, restraining orders, and termination of parental rights. Ashley has appeared before the North Dakota Supreme Court and Minnesota Court of Appeals to provide oral and written arguments on behalf of her clients.
Ashley lives in Albert Lea with her husband, Dalton, who serves as a lieutenant in the North Dakota Army National Guard, and their Labrador Retrievers.
