Donald Savelkoul has worked as an attorney in Albert Lea since 1993. Mr. Savelkoul's practice has evolved over the years based on the needs of his clients and the community. Most of his current work consists of representing various companies and individuals on business and litigation matters.
Mr. Savelkoul is married to Julie, who is a registered nurse at the Albert Lea Medical Center. Julie and Don have three children, all of whom are currently in grade school.
Mr. Savelkoul has served on numerous community organizations, including the Business and Agriculture Committees of the Chamber of Commerce, the Albert Lea Medical Center Board of Trustees, the Albert Lea Community Child Care Center Board of Directors, and the Freeborn County Historical Society Board of Directors. He has also coached several youth sports team and served on various church committees. Mr. Savelkoul has taught Employment Law courses at Riverland Community College and Construction Law seminars through the City Inspection Department.
