Daniel Kolker was born and raised in Ipswich, South Dakota and graduated from Ipswich Senior High School. Mr. Kolker obtained his undergraduate degree in Government at Saint John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota. Following college, Mr. Kolker entered the University of South Dakota School of Law. After graduating from law school, Mr. Kolker worked as a judicial law clerk for Judge David Christensen in Pipestone County, Minnesota. Mr. Kolker practiced law for 3 years in South Dakota and Wyoming prior to coming to Albert Lea. He is currently licensed to appear in courts in Minnesota and South Dakota. His areas of focus include civil litigation, collections, and real estate. He also serves on the Freeborn County United Way Board of Directors and Kiwanis. Mr. Kolker has also served as President of the Freeborn County Bar Association.
