In 2003, Stephanie won an Outstanding Achievement Award for Excellence in Employment Discrimination Law from the Minnesota State Bar Association, Labor & Employment Law Section. Stephanie has put her knowledge and experience to use at Peterson, Savelkoul & Benda, LTD to advise clients on employment and business decisions, including personnel issues and writing employee handbooks and policies.
Stephanie also practices in the areas of family law and civil litigation. Stephanie is a volunteer attorney for Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services and a past presdient of the Freeborn County Bar Association. She was recognized as an Up and Coming Attorney in 2009 by Minnesota Lawyer.
