Minnesota Lawyer Receives National Recognition

Albert Lea Minnesota lawyer, Matt Benda, has been selected by “America’s Premier Lawyer” to receive national recognition for his achievements.  As part of this recognition, his profile will be featured the entire month of November on airport TV in America’s 43 busiest airports.  Simultaneously, an exclusive interview with Attorney Benda will be featured on American Airlines Radio, which airs on American’s 40,000+ flights.

Lawyers are selected for this recognition through a nation-wide search utilizing peer review organizations, independent research and interviews with top leaders in their fields.  According to Benda, he jumped at the chance to participate, “This series gives me the

opportunity to promote my profession and my community at a national level.  I think they were looking for someone from the Midwest to profile the profession outside of a big city atmosphere.”

Benda’s interviews focus on his role as an advocate for his community and his clients.  During the television segment, Benda expands, “I like to think of myself as a community advocate.  Whether it’s the Albert Lea community, the farm community or the business community, my role is to bring different talents together to elevate their objectives.  It’s important to be more than a lawyer.  To best serve your client you have to be immersed with them in their community”

Benda has been finding solutions for farmers, businesses and families since 1996.  Benda is a 1996 graduate of Drake University Law School and a 1992 graduate of the University of Minnesota, with a B.S. in Agricultural Business Management.
